I spent years in the world of strategy and consulting, learning how to break down complex problems and make high-stakes decisions with clarity. I spent nearly as long going through IVF. 4 years, 6 retrievals, 5 transfers, and so much crying.

My journey here has been defined by both the hard parts and the incredible wins. My peripartum path was far from linear and I’ve been on the ride: from the planning and the logistics of egg freezing as a single woman, to the devastation of pregnancy loss, and the long difficult road of IVF. I know how isolating, complicated, and overwhelming this process can feel.

I work to combine my professional background with my lived experience to help individuals and organizations navigate the fertility landscape. Whether I’m helping a person find their footing on the bumpy road of fertility or training a team to lead with more empathy, my goal is the same: to bring clinical clarity and emotional endurance to support the human side of fertility.
